Our partnership with Prestonwood began in 2003 with the Dallas Christmas Festival, now known as The Gift of Christmas. Over the past decade, online ticketing and box office sales solutions have grown with the production. From on-site and call center support for tens-of-thousands of ticket purchases in a single day to making sure attendees have a great ticket buying experience, this partnership is tried and true. Each Christmas, Prestonwood hosts more than 50,000 attendees for The Gift of Christmas and optional dinner buffet over two weekends.
We've had the joy of sharing the good news of Christmas in partnership with Prestonwood Baptist Church to over 500,000 attendees. In addition, our diversity is on display as we serve the church for conferences and other events throughout the year. Prestonwood Christian Academy is also a long-time partner; the school deploys Brushfire for a significant number of events including their summer course registrations.

Assigned Seat Ticketing
Managing 5,800 seats in an auditorium can be a challenge! With our years of partnership, Brushfire and Prestonwood have worked to create the best assigned seat ticketing tool for productions and events with multiple performances. Patrons can quickly select seats to more than one performance either online, in-person, or over-the-phone and complete their transaction in a matter of seconds. Administrative users have the tools necessary to monitor ticket sales in high-demand sales periods and prevent held seats from being sold to the public. We've partnered to create a tool that ensures no seat in their auditorium can be double sold.
Management of Multiple Performances
Putting on one event for more than 5,000 attendees is a huge feat. Putting on the same event 10-times over for more than 5,000 attendees is simply heroic! We partnered with Prestonwood to make administrative management of pricing, seat holds, and reporting scalable and templated so that changes and updates happen once, not hundreds of times. Prestonwood's ushers can quickly access performance specific data to stay on top of seating.
Call Center Support for On Sale Events
The Gift of Christmas is one of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex's most anticipated yearly events. When tickets go on sale each Fall, tens-of-thousands of tickets are sold in the first 24-hours. The Brushfire call center takes the burden of customer service off of the church for simple informational requests and provides assistance placing orders over the phone. The call center provides an outlet for people who would normally show up to a box office to buy tickets on-site the peace of mind from making a purchase with a qualified representative. Brushfire's call center representatives are highly qualified and serve as an extension of the Prestonwood team.
Summer Program Registration for 150+ Courses
Prestonwood Christian Academy hosts a summer school program each year for thousands of students registering for hundreds of courses of varying subjects. Brushfire worked alongside PCA to create a registration process that makes signing multiple children up for multiple courses an easy burden for parents to bare. School administrators and program instructions have easy access to the reports and data they need to manage the program and individual courses. Serving the masses with a small team doesn't have to be overwhelming!
